Privacy, in plain words

Draft summary for the pre-launch product. A full legal privacy policy is still required before public launch.

Private by default. Your journal entries, products, intake answers and photos are visible only to you.

Photos. Stored in private storage. They open through short-lived links that only your signed-in account can create.

MyVetra. Hiding modules or archiving habits keeps your history. Permanently deleting a custom habit deletes its dated entries after confirmation. Custom habits and cycle, nutrition and travel notes are private to you, separate from research and specialist sharing.

Monthly feature counts (on by default). Vetra admins see monthly totals such as how many members logged a check-in or added a photo. No names, emails, photos, notes, skin details or exact times are included, and any count under 10 members is hidden. You can opt out in MyVetra under Account & privacy.

Research sharing. Off unless you switch it on in MyVetra under Account & privacy. You can switch it off at any time.

No sale or outside sharing. Vetra does not sell, license or share your data with other companies.

Age. Vetra accounts are currently for adults (18+). We will not open accounts to younger users until youth privacy requirements are reviewed and met.

Not medical advice. Vetra shows what you logged. It does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Deleting data. You can delete individual entries and photos at any time from your journal.
